Terms of use

Last updated: 19 October 2026

By using pfbperformance.com you accept these terms. The website is operated by GAMETIME FZCO (see the legal notice).

Educational content

Articles, guides and videos are for education. Exercise carries risk. Adapt any programme to the athlete in front of you, and seek medical advice for pain, injury or illness. We are not liable for the use of the content without proper individual assessment.

Applications for coaching

Sending an application does not create a contract or an obligation for either side. If we offer a programme, its conditions will be agreed separately and in writing before it starts.

Free resources

Free guides are for personal or internal team use. Please do not resell them or publish them as your own.

Shop

Purchases are made on PFB Shop and are governed by the terms of that store.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
