Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect and why

Please do not send medical reports or detailed health information through our forms. If you mention a current injury in an application, we use it only to assess the application and decide whether we can help.
Our programmes and forms are intended for people aged 18 or over (coaching) and 16 or over (newsletter and guides).
Double opt-in
When you sign up you tick a box to say you want to receive our emails. We keep a record of your sign-up, with its date and the page you used. You can unsubscribe from any email, and we will stop writing to you.
Who processes your data for us
- ActiveCampaign, LLC (United States): email lists and sending.
- Hostinger: website hosting.
- Meta Platforms: advertising measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies.
- Google: website analytics, only if analytics is enabled and with your consent.
Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area and the UK. Where required, transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by the provider. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Mailing list data: until you unsubscribe, or after a long period without opening any email, when we remove inactive contacts. Applications: up to 12 months after our reply if no programme starts. Technical logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@pfbshop.com. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you live in the EEA or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you live in California, you have the right to know what we collect and to ask us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising without your consent.
Changes
We will update this page if the way we use data changes, and change the date at the top.
